Det syvende utvalgsmøtet var i Paris 23. og 24. oktober 2025.
Utvalget hadde et tettpakket program på utvalgsmøtet med presentasjoner fra både OECD og UNESCO med påfølgende diskusjoner. Innleggene fra OECD og UNESCO var organisert tematisk. Utvalget fikk presentasjoner som blant annet omhandlet utviklingstrekk og en inkluderende framtid, skolen i den digitale tidsalderen og om lærerens rolle. I tillegg til disse presentasjonene behandlet utvalget to saker: «Sak 7-7 Skolen innhold» og «7-9 Hvem styrer hva i grunnopplæringen».
